The policy covers IRMAA Solutions and is effective for all sites, portals or properties owned or managed by IRMAA Solutions or associated with Products designated with either a “powered by IRMAA Solutions” or logo. References to IRMAA Solutions in this policy document should be read to include IRMAA Solutions Identity unless the context requires otherwise.
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is applicable to the irmaasolutions.com websites and any other websites owned and operated by IRMAA Solutions, 469 S. Browning Ave., Boise, ID 83709, US, and its subsidiaries or affiliates (referred to as “this Website,” “We”, “our” or “us”). This Privacy Policy governs information collected from the user when using any of our products or our website. When do we collect Personal Data:
- IRMAA Solutions collects data that is uploaded by the user when constructing a report on a client/prospect or themselves.
- At point of sale when a user is purchasing access to the software.
Personal Data Collected:
IRMAA Solutions collects and processes Personal Data in two ways, when a user is inputting information of their client/prospect to run a report or for payment to access our software.
The data collected is:
For the report
- Name (First & Last).
- Expected Retirement Age.
- Projected State residency in retirement.
- Projected value of Assets at point of retirement.
- Projected expectation of Social Security benefit at retirement.
For payment:
- Name
- Payment form
- Residency
How Personal Data is used:
Any Personal Data received through the use of IRMA Solution’s software is not owned by IRMAA Solutions.
All Personal Data is used to identify what the costs associated to projected healthcare costs will be in the future as well as the impact on possible Social Security benefits.
All Personal Data for use of our software is a placeholder that assists in running a report or outcome for the user. All Personal Data within our software can be changed by the user and is owned by that user.
Any Personal Data collected for payment for services, unless authorized for future subscriptions, is deleted once payment is received
Who owns the Personal Data:
IRMAA Solutions does not download, keep or own any Personal Data uploaded to our software or onto any site, portal or property owned or managed by IRMAA Solutions or associated with Products designated with either a “powered by IRMAA Solutions” or logo.
All Personal Data, including Personal Data for Payment is the authority of the user who can choose how the data can be used.
Sharing Information:
IRMAA Solutions does not or sell share any information that is gathered on any site, portal or property owned or managed by IRMAA Solutions or associated with Products designated with either a “powered by IRMAA Solutions” or logo.
